DAVID PRATT : DIRECTOR
David has a strong background in Training and Development in the Sales and Marketing arena. He has ability to lead teams, whatever their skill-set, to meet clearly defined goals and objectives. He has strong Leadership skills and has both designed and implemented a series of Personnel Development courses across Hampshire and Wiltshire. Recently, David designed a series of Bullying and Harassment courses which he delivered to Supervisors and Managers across Hampshire and Berkshire; this involved an in-house, tailor-made course for DERA – part of the Home Office. David is currently developing a series of training programs, on Diversity issues, which are aimed at teaching line-managers about the more practical aspects of managing people; ie: what to look for, how to react, how to work with the Companies policies and procedures and how to generally take more responsibility when employees make formal complaints. The objective of these courses is to enable managers to broaden their skill-set whilst, at the same time, providing a transparent process that affords individuals both dignity and respect when addressing workplace disputes. This pro-active element to management development compliments the investigative work Christine carries out.
