HR&DM has a 16+ year, highly successful, track record in the arena of conflict management and have become expert advisers to a number of blue-chip organisations. We wrote our first Step By Step Guide in 1997, especially for HR professionals, and we have spoken on Radio and National Television. In 2007 Christine Pratt, founder of HR&DM, was on one of the panels that debated the abolishment of The Employment Act in favour of The ACAS Code of Practice we know today. Christine played a role in drafting the content of the original ACAS Code.
